About the Centre: We are a thriving childcare centre in Hill Top, dedicated to providing high-quality Early Childhood Education and Care. A smaller service is 20 children. We are seeking enthusiastic and qualified Early Childhood Educators holding a Cert III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care to join our vibrant team.
Requirements:
- Cert III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.
- A valid Working with Children Check (WWCC).
- Current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma certifications.
- Strong understanding of the National Quality Framework (NQF) and the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A genuine passion for Early Childhood education and a commitment to providing high-quality care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality care and supervision to children, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
- Foster positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised learning environment.
- Document children's learning and development through observations, assessments, and reports.
- Participate in professional development opportunities and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
